The kitchen — helmed by Executive Chef Versel, who worked his way up to that role at Chatham's Wayside Inn — leans into local catches with a tropical twist: think Jerk Salmon with fresh mango salsa and avocado-lime aioli, Orange Rum Sea Scallops, Wellfleet oysters shucked to order, and a Brickhouse Rum Punch that shows up on the menu alongside an extensive lineup of gluten-free options. The menu is roughly 90% gluten-free, clearly marked throughout.
Specials give regulars a reason to return on a schedule: half-off appetizers daily from 4–5:30 PM, $1.50 Wellfleet oysters during happy hour, Prime Rib Wednesday at $35, and live music every Tuesday evening. A private room handles parties, and a large on-site lot means easy parking year-round.
