East Texas washashore turned Cape Cod institution, Monica Rizzio mixes outlaw country, folk, and Americana with autobiographical songwriting sharp enough to chart on FolkDJ. She co-founded Vinegrass, the Cape's longest-running bluegrass/Americana festival, and has shared stages with Tom Rush and the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra.
