Vermont-meets-Outer-Cape outfit Sensible Shoes pairs ASCAP-winning songwriters Barbara Blaisdell and Tim Utt with the Illustrious Subs — NRBQ's Joey Spampinato, Morphine drummer Jerome Deupree, and Berklee-trained horn player Kami Lyle. Their 2021 debut *See It My Way*, recorded in Wellfleet and produced by Johnny Spampinato, roams blues, soul, folk, and Motown.
