A Cape Cod institution hiding in plain sight: The Skiffs are a high-energy trio — Sean Brennan (acoustic guitar, vocals), Bob Dunlap (acoustic and electric guitars, vocals), and Kathi Taylor (drums, percussion, vocals) — who call their sound a “Celtic Americana Stew of Roots, Rock, Blues and Greens.” They’ve held down Tuesday nights at O’Shea’s Olde Inne in West Dennis for over 13 years.
